Speed bumps (3"–4" high, 12" wide) slow cars sharply — good for parking lots. Speed tables (3" high, 22-foot platform) are gentler and better on through-roads.
Asphalt or rubber?+
Asphalt is permanent and lasts as long as the lot. Rubber is removable, faster to install, and easier to relocate.
Will speed bumps hurt our plow?+
