- Information you provide. Name, company or organization, role or title, business email address, phone number, property address, locality, property type, the issue or project you're asking about, urgency, and any other details you share in the Pavement Risk Snapshot, a quote request, an email, or a phone call.
- Automatic information. IP address, browser type, device information, referring URL, pages viewed, and approximate location derived from your IP. We may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember preferences, and measure usage.
- Conversation data. Messages exchanged with the Pavement Risk Snapshot assistant are processed by a third-party AI provider and stored by us so we can follow up with you and improve the service.
Please do not submit sensitive personal information (e.g., government IDs, financial account numbers, health information) through the Site. The Site is designed for commercial and municipal business inquiries only.
3. How we use information
- To respond to your inquiry, prepare a proposal, or schedule work.
- To qualify whether a project fits our commercial / municipal focus and NY service area.
- To operate, secure, monitor, and improve the Site and the Snapshot assistant.

6. AI processing
The Pavement Risk Snapshot uses a third-party large-language-model API to generate replies. Your messages are sent to that provider in order to produce the assistant's responses. Do not include sensitive personal information in the chat. The Snapshot's responses are informational only and are not a binding inspection, recommendation, quote, contract, or guarantee.
7. Cookies and analytics
We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies that are strictly necessary to operate the Site and to understand aggregate usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect Site functionality.
8. Data retention
We retain information for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, perform work, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and comply with our legal obligations. Snapshot conversations and lead records are typically retained for up to seven (7) years and then deleted or anonymized.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. You will not be discriminated against for exercising a right.
California residents: we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA.

The Site is intended for business users 18 years and older. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
12. International users
The Site is operated from the United States and intended for users located in New York and the surrounding Hudson Valley region. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., you understand your information will be processed in the U.S.
13. Do Not Track
We do not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals because no common industry standard has been adopted.
