Do you coordinate with our electrician?+
Yes. Avello phases excavation, conduit, and pour to fit the electrician's pull schedule.
What size pad do EV chargers need?+
Typical Level-2 pad is 3'×5'; DC fast-charger pads are 4'×6' to 5'×8' with deeper footings. We build to the manufacturer's spec sheet.
Are bollards required?+
Most manufacturers and insurance carriers now require front and side bollards. Avello installs Schedule 40 concrete-filled bollards as standard.
Do EV stalls need ADA compliance?+
Yes — new chargers must include at least one accessible stall with proper access aisle and signage.
Will the work shut down my property?+
Not necessarily. Every project is different. We will look at how your property operates and plan the work around access, traffic, residents, customers, employees, or other daily activity whenever the project allows.
How is your pricing different from a lower bid?+
The number at the bottom of a proposal does not always tell the whole story. Scope, preparation, materials, quantities, scheduling, and site conditions can all affect the final result. We will explain exactly what we are proposing so you can compare bids based on what is actually included.
